Playoff Tickets
Tickets are a revocable license, which may be withdrawn, and admission refused anytime upon refunding the printed purchase price. Resale or attempted resale at a price higher than that printed herein is grounds for seizure or cancellation without refund or other compensation. The holder of this ticket is admitted on condition and, by using this ticket, agrees he or she will not transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, or reproduction of the event to which this ticket admits him or her. This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotion (including contests and sweepstakes), or other trade purposes without the express written consent of the Billings Outlaws.
Breach of the preceding will automatically terminate the license. This holder is granted permission to the Participating Clubs and their agents to utilize the holder's image or likeness incidental to any live or recorded video display or other transmission or reproduction in whole or part of the event in which this admits him or her.
THE HOLDER OF THIS TICKET VOLUNTARILY ASSUMES ALL RISK AND DANGER of personal injury and all hazards arising from or related in any way to the event for which this ticket is issued, whether occurring before, during, or after the event. This ticket is a contract between the holder and the team, and as such, the holder agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the team, the AFL, and all its extensions.
