Kerry Locklin - Head Coach

Former NFL, CFL, College, and Indoor Coach to lead the Outlaws.

Locklin graduated from New Mexico State University and played for the Aggies where he was an All-WAC tight-end.  Drafted in the 6th round of the 1982 NFL Draft by the Los Angeles Rams, he played with them for the 1982 season and with the Denver Broncos in 1987.  In between, he played with Arizona in the USFL.

Locklin coached at Western New Mexico, Utah, Morehead State, the Shreveport Pirates, and the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League.  After the CFL, he returned back to college ball and coached for Eastern Michigan and then as the defensive line coach at Fresno State.  Coach Locklin next joined Rex Ryan's New York Jets coaching staff.

Coach Locklin has also had a number of coaching opportunities in the AFL, CIF, and the IFL.
